Adeel Mansoor is a Director of Engineering focused on platform and product quality, leading teams that build reliable, data-driven services and testing infrastructure. With over a decade of experience in automation, CI/CD, and Python-based test frameworks across backend, frontend, and performance domains, he partners closely with cross-functional leaders to ship resilient products at scale. Adeel also creates practical "AI for Engineers" content on his YouTube channel, AdeelOnTech, helping developers and SDETs adopt AI-powered tooling in their day-to-day workflows.

Andrew Knight, also known as "Pandy," is the Automation Panda. He's a software quality champion who loves to help people build better quality software. Currently, he works as the Senior Director of Product & Engineering at Cycle Labs, focusing on building an AI-forward test automation platform for enterprise systems. Previously, Pandy spent a decade as an SDET building solutions to testing problems at various tech companies. He also previously led Developer Relations and Test Automation University at Applitools. As an avid supporter of open source software, Pandy is a Playwright Ambassador as well as the creator of Boa Constrictor, the .NET Screenplay Pattern. Apart from software, Pandy spends time with his family, his French Bulldogs, and his vintage Volkswagens.

Débora Leonardo is a Software Engineering Manager at the largest food delivery app in Latin America. She leads the Quality Engineering Platform with a conviction that guides every decision: quality must be a culture, not a checklist. At iFood, ensuring this means taking care of the experience of millions of people and the livelihoods of hundreds of thousands of restaurants and delivery drivers who rely on the platform every day. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to building teams and solutions that place quality at the center of software development, with a cross-functional role that influences teams, processes, and culture across the entire organization. In recent years, she has immersed herself in the intersection between artificial intelligence and software quality, exploring how to make quality processes smarter and fault detection faster and more predictive.

Dona believes that you are one experiment away from being your most powerful self at work. And yes, in life! Currently at her day job, she's running 100 experiments as the Chief Troublemaker of the Microsoft AI and Copilot Extensibility Program. Gil Zilberfeld has been writing code and building software for over 25 years, starting with his trusty Sinclair ZX81. His career has taken him from developer to team leader and consultant, giving him a deep, holistic understanding of the software lifecycle. Today, he operates as an independent consultant and trainer under the brand TestinGil, where he helps R&D and QA professionals build better software from the inside out. Gil's core philosophy is that quality is a team sport. He is a benevolent skeptic of industry dogma, consistently challenging ineffective "best practices" in favor of pragmatic, context-driven solutions that work in the real world. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences, where he shares his expertise on topics ranging from TDD and clean code to the modern complexities of web automation. He is currently focused on creating actionable, engineering-led frameworks for ensuring the quality and long-term resilience of AI-powered systems. Gregory Goldshteyn is a QA leader with substantial experience across the IT industry, having held roles at Salesforce, Sony, and currently FOX, where he leads quality strategy within Video Engineering and Quality Assurance for high-concurrency streaming environments in which a single second of latency is unacceptable. He specializes in bridging the gap between complex backend engineering and seamless user experiences. His current focus areas include the AI revolution in QA, moving beyond traditional automation into agentic testing and GenAI to build self-healing, low-maintenance test suites, and influencing senior leadership to adopt disruptive technologies that reduce regression cycles from days to minutes. As a mabl Ambassador and frequent speaker at conferences, including Testmu Conf, Gregory shares how QA teams can leverage low-code tools to outpace traditional SDLC bottlenecks. Gurleen Makkar is a Senior AI Software Engineer at Piramal Finance, working on Generative AI products and enterprise AI adoption. Her work focuses on creating AI-powered solutions that help teams simplify complex workflows, improve productivity, and bring business ideas closer to working software. She has worked across AI-assisted development, agentic AI workflows, internal productivity tools, and business-focused AI applications. Her interests include using AI for everyday work such as slides, documents, spreadsheets, and research, as well as applying AI to larger enterprise problems like process automation, business operations, and reimagining customer and loan journeys. At Piramal Finance, Gurleen has contributed to initiatives that help business and technology teams collaborate differently in the AI era.

Jaydeep Chakrabarty is Senior Director – AI at Piramal Finance, an author, award-winning technology leader, and international speaker with over 20 years of experience across AI, engineering, innovation, design, and security. He leads the creation of enterprise AI platforms and AI-native engineering capabilities, including Context Layer 2.0 and Build Your Own Tech (BYOT). BYOT was recognised as the APAC Runner-up at Gartner's 2025 Eye on Innovation Awards for Banking and Investing, and Jaydeep was subsequently invited to join the judging panel for the 2026 awards. Jaydeep is the co-author of The Value Vector: Building Scalable Generative AI-Based Applications, published by Apress — a practical guide to identifying valuable AI opportunities and taking them securely and responsibly from experimentation to enterprise scale. Dr. Jill Hosmer-Jolley is an educator, researcher, and speaker focused on the human side of artificial intelligence adoption. Jim Trentadue has more than two decades of experience as a director/manager in the software testing field. In his various roles in his testing career, Jim has focused on test execution, automation, management, environment management, standards deployment, and test tool implementation. In the area of offshore testing, Jim has worked with multiple large firms to develop and coordinate cohesive relationships. As a guest speaker at the University of South Florida’s software testing class, Jim mentors students on the testing industry and trends for establishing future job searches and continued training.

Joe Colantonio has over 25 years of experience in software automation testing and is the founder of Test Guild – a dedicated independent resource for actionable and real-world technical advice from industry experts (blog, video tutorials, podcasts, and online conferences) to help improve your DevOps automation, performance, and security testing efforts. He is the host of the longest-running podcast on automation testing. He has interviewed over 500 industry leaders and hosted over 600 hours of live online events for some of the biggest companies in the software testing space. Joe's company, Test Guild, also provides services to software companies to help them reach a community of highly engaged, growth-oriented, and ambitious audiences of 27k+ software testing professionals.

Keerthivasan is a Senior AI Software Engineer at Piramal Finance, working on building practical Generative AI solutions for enterprise and everyday business use. His work focuses on how AI can help teams move faster from ideas to usable software, automate repetitive workflows, and rethink how internal tools are created. He has worked across AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, business-led app creation, and AI tools for everyday productivity such as presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and research. Laveena Ramchandani is a passionate Test Manager who has been testing for nearly 10 years and is always seeking to learn and share. Rushabh Mehta is a Staff Software Engineer at Meta with 12 years of experience building AI/ML infrastructure at billion-user scale. He currently leads development of environments to train and evaluate LLMs for agentic and tool-use capabilities, including onboarding evaluation benchmarks for rigorous model assessment. He built a Distributed Training Framework adopted by 80+ models, with a focus on training reliability — his cross-org initiatives have driven significant cost savings through GPU optimization and reduced idle time. Previously at Amazon, Rushabh led teams building Alexa's personalization platform and Prime Video's digital rights infrastructure. Spyros Katopodis is a Senior Lead QA Manager and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) at Zebra Technologies with experience in Cloud Services and a keen interest in Global Business. He started his career in Quality Assurance with a start-up in London focusing on Visual Search and AI Image Recognition technology (Computer Vision/Machine and Deep Learning).
