As manager of Delta Dental's QE Center of Excellence, Chad is focused on developing and maintaining the fundamental standards and platforms that empower Delta's development teams to deliver to the highest standards of quality, whether that's through test management practices, functional test automation, or non-functional testing.

Nagarjun Adikesavan is an AI & Automation Engineering Leader with extensive experience driving enterprise-scale quality, reliability, and intelligent automation initiatives in the healthcare industry. He leads the strategy and adoption of AI-powered engineering solutions, focusing on software quality, test automation, platform engineering, and responsible AI implementation. Nagarjun has been instrumental in advancing next-generation quality engineering capabilities, including agentic AI, intelligent test automation, knowledge-driven engineering, and enterprise confidence platforms that help organizations improve software reliability while meeting stringent regulatory and compliance requirements. He is passionate about leveraging AI to accelerate software delivery, enhance developer productivity, and strengthen trust through governance, validation, and measurable quality outcomes.
Rohit Jaiswal:
Rohit Jaiswal is a Healthcare Practice Lead at UST, where he drives Quality Engineering transformation for leading U.S. healthcare payers. With 15+ years in the payer ecosystem spanning claims adjudication, payment integrity, and member experience, Rohit brings a practitioner's lens to the intersection of AI and software quality. He currently leads efforts to embed agentic AI into the QE lifecycle — from intelligent test generation and autonomous defect triage to AI-powered UAT governance — helping clients modernize how they deliver and assure critical healthcare platforms. Rohit has hands-on experience architecting multi-agent workflows that integrate with enterprise toolchains like Azure DevOps, Jira, and qTest, and is passionate about upskilling QE teams to work alongside AI rather than be replaced by it.
