To register, visit the TestMu AI Certifications page, choose the certification you wish to enroll in, and click Enroll Now.

Why haven't I received my certification email?

Certification emails are sometimes filtered by email providers and may be delivered to your Spam or Junk folder instead of the inbox. If you have not received the email, please check all folders and ensure that admin@testmuaicertifications.com is added to your safe sender list.

How is the final certification score calculated?

The Objective Test and Coding Assignment carry equal weight. A combined average of 70% or higher qualifies you. Example: 100% (Objective) + 65% (Assignment) = 82.5% average, which qualifies.

How long is the certificate valid once issued?

The certificate is valid for 2 years.

Is the certification exam proctored?

No, the certification exam is not proctored. You can take it independently without live supervision.

Is it mandatory to run tests on TestMu AI?

Yes. This certification assesses your ability to run automation tests on the TestMu AI cloud grid.

What can I do if I missed uploading my assignment details?

If you didn't submit your GitHub link or Test Session IDs on the exam portal, you can email them to admin@testmuaicertifications.com.

Can I submit test files instead of hosting them on GitHub?

Test files must be hosted on GitHub. Once uploaded, share the GitHub repository link privately with admin@testmuaicertifications.com.

What is the certification duration?

The Objective Test is of 45 minutes, and the Coding Assignment is of 36 hours. For Bootcamp Certifications, the Objective Test is of 30 minutes, and the Coding Assignment is of 36 hours.

How long does it take to get the final score and certificate?

You'll receive the final score and certificate (if passed) via email within 7 business days.

Can I change my name on the digital certificate after it's issued?

No. The certificate name is based on your registration details. Please ensure your name is correct during registration.

Can I reappear for the certification?

Yes, you can reappear for the same certification after 45 days.

Do I need to purchase a plan to execute my tests?

No purchase is required. Each candidate gets 100 free automation minutes. If your trial minutes are exhausted, contact admin@testmuaicertifications.com or support@testmuai.com to extend your trial in order to complete the assignment.

How can I find my Test Session IDs or Job IDs?

Go to the Web Automation Dashboard, App Automation Dashboard, or HyperExecute Dashboard. These IDs will be visible only for tests executed on the TestMu AI platform.

How do I share code if my organization restricts GitHub access?

If GitHub access is restricted, check with your IT/security team for an approved cloud platform like OneDrive or SharePoint. After approval, submit the access link on the exam portal.
