Mhahesh is also a keynote speaker, panelist, and author who regularly shares strong industry perspectives on Quality Intelligence, AI-led engineering, autonomous testing, and responsible AI adoption.
Dror Avrilingi:
Dror Avrilingi brings more than 25 years of QE leadership to his role as CTO of Amdocs Studios and Head of its Quality Engineering Studio. Dror spearheads development of Amdocs Studios' Agentic Framework, overseeing the integration of AI across its full spectrum, from predictive models to advanced agentic systems. Previously, as Head of Amdocs Quality Engineering International, he led global QE strategy and oversaw significant organizational growth. A longstanding advocate for advancing QE beyond traditional testing models, Dror founded the NextGen QE Consortium to convene industry leaders around emerging trends shaping the future of quality. His focus today is on building governance-driven, AI-enabled quality frameworks that enable enterprises to confidently scale into the agentic era.
Vikul Gupta:
Vikul Gupta is a visionary technology leader driving innovation in digital engineering and AI transformation at QualityAI. As CTO for QualityAI North America, he has led the creation of next-generation AI and automation platforms that enhance software delivery and accelerate digital modernization for global clients. Under his leadership, QualityAI's NextGen Center of Excellence has grown into a 150-member global innovation hub, delivering cutting-edge solutions across cloud, DevOps, and GenAI. Vikul’s initiatives have earned industry recognition, including the CEO Award (2025) for exceptional impact on company growth and innovation. Before joining QualityAI, Vikul held technology leadership roles at Cognizant and HP Software, where he launched award-winning digital platforms, secured patents in AI-driven quality engineering, and drove large-scale digital transformation initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from the National Institute of Technology, Surat, and is a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist.
Richa Agrawal:
Richa Agrawal is a Global Quality Engineering and Transformation leader with 25+ years of experience across software engineering, quality assurance, automation, and enterprise transformation. As Associate Vice President & Global Head of Quality Engineering at GlobalLogic, she drives the evolution from traditional QA to AI-first Quality Engineering, with a focus on AI/GenAI validation, automation-led transformation, continuous testing, and quality engineering at enterprise scale. Richa is also an inventor and patent holder of TestOptimizer (US20150234734A1), a system and method for electronic-document-based automated software testing, reflecting her long-standing focus on simplifying and transforming software testing through technology. Her current work explores some of the most critical challenges in AI-driven quality engineering, including validation of non-deterministic outputs, reliability, prompt testing, AI-assisted automation, and risk-aware enterprise adoption. She holds a B.E. in Computer Science, a Post Graduate Program in AI & ML from the University of Texas at Austin, and has completed the ISB CTO Program. She has received multiple recognitions for technology innovation, AI in testing, and women in technology.

He has a proven track record of establishing scalable operating models, governing large distributed delivery organizations, driving AI-led quality transformation, and building multi-hundred-million-dollar business portfolios. He currently leads Hexaware's global Quality Engineering, DevOps, and SRE business with responsibility across transformation strategy, delivery governance, workforce scaling, capability development, GTM execution, strategic alliances, and enterprise customer success.
