He currently leads Q3 engineering for Service Cloud, with a focus on quality engineering and testing strategy. His work centers on the shift from static to dynamic testing methodologies in the age of agentic enterprise software — helping teams rethink quality practices as AI-driven systems become core to how software is built and validated. John is passionate about AI quality, testing innovation, and quality leadership, and regularly partners with engineering teams to raise the bar on how quality is measured and delivered at scale.
