Ankur Agarwal is a Quality Engineering leader with extensive experience driving quality transformation, AI-driven testing, and enterprise test automation. He leads Quality Engineering for multiple AI-enabled product portfolios and manages high-performing global QA teams. He has spearheaded innovative solutions such as AI-driven automation platforms, visual testing frameworks, self-healing automation, and intelligent quality evaluation services, delivering significant improvements in automation efficiency, test coverage, and release quality. As a strong advocate for modern quality practices, Ankur collaborates closely with engineering, product, and business leaders to embed quality throughout the SDLC and drive innovation at scale.
Nandini Srinivasan:
Nandini Srinivasan is Vice President of Quality Engineering at Motive, where she leads a global team across cloud platforms, mobile, AI/ML, and embedded and firmware systems, reporting directly to the CTO. She's spent more than 25 years building and scaling quality organizations across SaaS, manufacturing, fintech, and IoT — and along the way, she's redefined what QA even means: from a test-execution function to a direct production-code contributor, with her team shipping hundreds of production fixes and running AI agents in production before her company's AI mandate existed. Her philosophy of quality pivots around the four-vector reliability framework she built — availability, scalability, quality, and performance. A recognized voice on quality, AI, and technology leadership, she takes the stage at TestMu to make the case that quality was never really about the tests.
Somu Suryanarayanan:
Somu Suryanarayanan is a Staff QA Automation Engineer at CookUnity, where he builds agentic test automation systems that run in production. He designed and shipped a mobile automation framework built on Appium and the MCP that took mobile coverage from zero to over 80% and reduced test authoring time from roughly six hours to about 10 minutes. He also built Test Studio, a repository-native platform that turns plain English requirements into Playwright tests. He is an IEEE member, a published author with work indexed in IEEE Xplore, and a peer reviewer and session chair for international conferences in computing and artificial intelligence. He has previously held engineering roles at Life360, MyVest, and PayPal.
