Throughout his career, Nipam has progressed from leading global QA teams to heading enterprise Quality Assurance functions, with responsibility for quality strategy, automation, release governance, vendor management, and engineering transformation across globally distributed teams. He is currently driving an AI-Enabled Quality Engineering Accelerator, exploring AI-assisted software engineering, Vibe Coding, intelligent test automation, and engineering productivity to help development teams deliver software faster while improving quality and resilience.
