Impu Chunchegowda is a seasoned technology leader with over 15 years of experience in Quality Engineering. She has built and led high-performing teams from the ground up, driving excellence in delivery and operational efficiency. In her current role as Vice President of Quality Engineering and Product Management at City Furniture, she oversees strategic portfolio management, enterprise-level roadmaps, and the integration of quality into every stage of product development. Passionate about building scalable processes, fostering cross-team collaboration, and accelerating value delivery, she is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards while enabling organizations to innovate and grow.

Senthil Kannan:

Senthil Kannan is a Quality Engineering and technology leader with more than 20 years of experience building and transforming quality, test automation, release engineering, and engineering productivity practices. He currently serves as a Quality Engineering Advisor supporting Vail Resorts, where he helps drive enterprise QE transformation and modernize quality practices across engineering teams. Previously, Senthil led Quality Engineering at Inspirato and held senior engineering leadership roles across cloud-native SaaS and technology organizations. His areas of focus include scalable test automation, continuous testing, shift-left quality, DevOps, engineering productivity, and the evolving role of AI in Quality Engineering. He is passionate about transforming QE from a testing function into an engineering capability that enables faster, more reliable software delivery.

Todd Lemmonds:

Todd Lemmonds is a Principal Solutions Architect at TestMu AI with over 25 years of experience leading quality engineering and software delivery across Fortune 500 organizations, including Boeing, Disney/ABC, Western Union, and the LA Rams. An early Agile adopter, he has built and scaled enterprise QA organizations while driving modern engineering practices from IT operations to executive quality leadership. Today, Todd specializes in Agentic Quality Engineering, helping teams move beyond traditional test automation by designing AI-powered systems that autonomously generate test cases, self-heal test suites, execute across real devices at scale, and enable risk-based release decisions. His current work focuses on one of the industry's most important challenges: validating non-deterministic AI systems through agent-to-agent testing.
