No. We built TestMu AI for web, mobile, API, database, network, accessibility, and visual testing. It does not automate COBOL batch jobs, JCL, or 3270 green screen terminal emulation. What does mainframe modernization testing cover here?

Three surfaces that change during a migration: the browser channel, the mobile channel, and the APIs that replace direct core calls. Each one is tested against the same journey a customer runs, so a balance, a payment, or a statement still reconciles after the workload moves. Can I test an internal banking portal that has no public URL?

How do we test the mobile banking app during a core migration?

Yes. Dedicated private cloud and on-premise deployment are available for estates that cannot send data to a shared multi-tenant cloud, which is what most regulated programs need: Kyndryl found that 94% of modernization plans are highly influenced by regulatory compliance. AWS private cloud is documented for three US regions plus Frankfurt, Mumbai, and Sydney, and Azure is documented separately. One limit to plan around: private cloud automation is documented for Linux and Windows only, so macOS and Safari coverage stays on the public cloud. Which security certifications does TestMu AI hold?

SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR, and CCPA. Test VMs are isolated and wiped after each session, traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3, data at rest uses AES-256, and secrets are vault-backed and write-only. Access is governed by SSO, SCIM, and RBAC on private deployments. Any certification beyond those three should be confirmed with our security team before it goes into an RFP response.

How do we show an auditor what was tested before a release?

Through a traceability matrix that links each requirement to its test cases, execution history, and defects, so coverage gaps are visible before sign-off rather than after. Manual and automated results land in the same cycle view, and JIRA and Azure DevOps sync both ways. This lives in Test Manager.

Do we have to rewrite our existing Selenium suite?

No. Change the driver endpoint to the TestMu AI hub, supply your credentials, and the suite you already wrote runs on the cloud grid.
