Our mission is to advance the tech industry by any positive, ethical and creative means possible. We do this with quality, community and care at the heart, whilst also deciding what is best is to build our own platform to demonstrate how good community can truly arise.

Our roots started in 2007 as The Software Testing Club, an online forum. Then towards Ministry of Testing. Over the years, we evolved to do conferences, chapter events, courses, certifications…and so much more. As the world shifted, we started to focus on Quality Engineering, but then we realised that wasn't enough, because quality is everywhere. It made sense to become a tech community that has care at the foundation.

That brings us to 2026, where we are currently MoTivated to bring change to the world and to build a truly helpful platform that enables (social) learning, connection, community and real opportunities to grow your tech career.
