A week after the name changed, the company published one more film in the rebrand series. This one is not about the platform, the roadmap, or the customer commitments. It is about the people, and it is the only message in the set that is addressed as much to the team as to the market.

The transcript below is lightly cleaned for readability.

One Company, Not Two

The same clarification that applies to every post in this series applies here: TestMu AI and LambdaTest are not two different entities and they are not competitors. They are one company under a name adopted on January 12, 2026. LambdaTest, Inc. is still the legal entity. The continuity this film describes on the culture side is the same continuity that applies to accounts, contracts, and endpoints.

The detailed version is on the TestMu AI vs LambdaTest page.

The First Room

“I still remember that very first room we worked out of. It was small, loud, and completely powered by caffeine, curiosity, and a shared obsession to build something meaningful.”

Lean Was Never About Doing More With Less

“Back then, and even today, we’ve always believed in lean teams. When a small group of people come together with clarity and trust, something special happens. You move faster. You care more. You own the outcome. Being lean was never about doing more with less. It was about doing better with focus.”

Learning With AI, Not Just Adding It

“As the world changed, so did we. We just didn’t add AI to our stack. We learned with it. We grew alongside it. Our teams didn’t see AI as a replacement, but as a partner, something that makes us sharper, faster, and more creative. Today AI is embedded in our code, our products, and most importantly in how we work together as a culture.”

Why Rebrand Now

“A lot of people have asked why we are rebranding now, and honestly the answer is simple. We have finally grown into it. This new name reflects what our people already believe and practice every day. When you invest in people, technology follows, always. The work we do, the way we think, and the standards we hold ourselves to deserve an identity that truly represents who we have become.”

The Kind of People This Next Phase Needs

“TestMu AI is entering a phase where we need builders, not just of products but of teams, processes and possibilities. Agentic AI gives us new tools, but the future will be shaped by the people willing to lead with curiosity and courage.”

“We are inviting people who want to stretch themselves, who want to design organizations of the future, who are energized by ambiguity and motivated by impact. If you believe your best work is still ahead of you, this is the moment to lean in. We are building this future with people who see challenges and instinctively move towards them. People who want their work to matter. People who want to grow, not just in titles or years, but in impact.”

A Promise to 2.8 Million Users

“This rebrand is more than a name change. It’s our promise to 2.8 million users and to every single person here. A promise that as we build the future of AI, we will also keep building the future of our people, with human sense at the core. This is a new chapter in our culture. Welcome to the new era. Welcome to TestMu AI.”

The rest of the series covers the same change from the outside in: Asad Khan’s message on the rebrand, Jay Singh and Mudit Singh on the community behind the name, Mayank Bhola on the product, and Maneesh Sharma on enterprise trust and scale.
