Chandni Chopra is VP, People and Culture at TestMu AI (formerly LambdaTest), where she leads the people function across hiring, employee experience, and organizational development. She joined the company in 2020 as Director of Human Resources and has led its culture and people programs through the period in which it grew into a global quality engineering platform.

She founded The Phoenix Project, an employee resource group for women at the company, and led its Diversity and Inclusion Learning Initiative. In March 2025 she received the DE&I in Tech Leadership Award at The RISING 2025, hosted by Analytics India Magazine in Bengaluru. She delivered the Day 3 opening note at the Testu 2023 conference and has spoken publicly on employee well-being and workplace readiness.
