AI Product Manager

TestMu AI is redefining quality engineering by shifting from manual-heavy testing to an AI-native platform. You will own a product surface end-to-end, building AI-powered workflows and integrating AI agents to autonomously enhance the QE lifecycle. This role is pivotal in rebuilding product management using agents.

• Own a product surface end-to-end from discovery through deployment, focusing on customer adoption.
• Build and integrate AI agents, including MCPs, into our platform with LLMs like Claude.
• Drive sprint planning, manage technical debt, and maintain a strong shipping cadence.
• Use product analytics to identify and reduce user drop-offs, improving the product experience.
• Conduct user interviews, create feedback loops, and translate insights into product improvements.

• You have owned products end-to-end in a product role such as APM or PM.
• You have experience shipping in SaaS, ideally within a B2B context.
• You use LLMs as an operating system and can demonstrate a workflow you've built and shipped.
• You communicate with clarity across engineering, sales, and customer teams.
• You take full accountability for outcomes, demonstrating extreme ownership.
