Kristin Jackvony is a software testing and quality engineering leader with more than 15 years of experience across QA engineering, test automation, and quality management. She specializes in API testing, automated testing, and exploratory testing across mobile and web platforms. Kristin is currently a Principal QA Automation Engineer at SmartSense by Digi, and she previously spent nine years at Paylocity, where she was a Principal Engineer for Quality helping teams build reliable, secure, and maintainable software.
Kristin authors the software testing blog Think Like a Tester and teaches the Postman API testing course Postman Essential Training on LinkedIn Learning. She has written three books for testers: The Complete Software Tester, The Professional Software Tester, and Logical Fallacies for Testers. She is also a conference speaker on software testing and quality engineering.
