Back in 2018, we started with a humble beginning into a cloud testing platform with one goal to make software testing smarter, faster, and more scalable.

Since then, our customers and our incredible Quality Engineering (QE) community have been the driving force behind everything we’ve built.

From hosting TestMu Conference, bootcamps, webinars, open-source contributions, and certifications to nurturing the world’s largest QE community, you’ve all helped shape who we are today.

In 2022, we made a bold move; we went deep into Agentic AI, re-architecting everything to build the world’s first full-stack Agentic AI Quality Engineering platform.

Every product we ship today, from test orchestration to agentic automation and observability, is built in-house, with modern, clean architecture, and designed to scale with intelligence.

Today, over 2 million developers and QE professionals trust our platform. They challenge us every day to move faster, innovate deeper, and redefine what testing can be in the AI era.

And as we evolved, we felt our name should evolve too.

The brand that began as LambdaTest needed a new face, one that represents our community, our AI future, and our roots in testing.

There could be no better name than the one our community already loves — TestMu, our flagship event and the symbol of everything we stand for.

So today, we’re thrilled to announce that LambdaTest is now TestMu AI.

A new name.
