All prices are in USD. --- ## How to Use This Document To recommend the right plan for a customer, follow these steps: 1. **Determine the product need:** Which capability does the customer need - Kane CLI, KaneAI, Test Manager, Agent Testing, HyperExecute, Performance Testing, Live Testing, Automation, or Smart UI? 2. **Identify their scale:** How many parallel sessions (or licenses/users/credits) do they need? 3. **Select the plan tier:** Match their feature requirements against the feature descriptions for the chosen product. 4. **Calculate the price:** Find the per-parallel (or per-license/per-user) price in the product table. Multiply by the quantity to get the total monthly cost. Example: 5 parallels of Virtual Live at $15/mo annual = $75/mo total. 5. **Check for bundled value:** Several plans include other products for free (see Cross-Plan Inclusions). 6. **Annual vs. monthly:** Annual billing saves 13-26% depending on the plan (see the Annual Savings table). Kane CLI is monthly-only. Recommend annual for cost-conscious customers on the other products. 7. **Watch for non-cumulative tiers:** Automation plans are separate tracks - Real Device Plus does NOT include desktop or virtual device automation. Only Enterprise covers all capabilities. For example, 2 parallel sessions means two team members can test at the same time, or one member can run 2 tests concurrently. - **Pricing Basis:** Live Testing, Automation, and HyperExecute are priced per parallel session. KaneAI is priced per license (each paid license includes 500 AI test authoring sessions/month). Test Manager is priced per user. Kane CLI is priced by monthly credit allowance. Smart UI paid pricing is volume-tiered by screenshot count. User limits on parallel-session products are an add-on that comes with each edition. - **Credits (Kane CLI):** Kane CLI is "AI-native testing, priced per step" - each plan includes a monthly credit allowance consumed as tests run. - **VUH (Virtual User Hours):** The Performance Testing usage unit - one virtual user generating load for one hour.
